When I need 20/20 Hindsight

My gracious Father; Thank you for helping me to live beyond the inadequacies of my resources and learn that you are totally and completely reliable and I trust you. You are the source of my strength the strength of my life. You constantly lead me into challenges and opportunities that are beyond my strength and experience. Looking back over my life; I know I would not have made it with out your intervention or your inspiration.

So much to be Thankful for

Thanksgiving is every minute, hour second of the day; during the Thanksgiving Holiday we are so aware of taking time to say Thanks; We ought to Thank Him everyday for all He has done for me, no matter how great or small. We have so much in life to be Thankful for and that is where our focus need to always be..not just once a year; once in a while but everyday; all day.
Let us fill our minds with things that are true, pure lovely, excellent, and worthy of praise. Then we will be forever Thankful. We cannot be too busy to spend time with God. (John 15:7) says that if we abide in Him and His Word abide in us we can ask what we will and it will be given unto us... Jesus will actually dwell, settle down and abide, and make His permanent home in our hearts.

On the winning side

Some time we tend to live in the past, dwelling on our many failures, "what ifs,"or the good ole days. Others may concentrate on the future, envisioning new projects and large-scale plans with only sleep interrupting their dreams of future successes. We make conscious efforts, little by little, step by step, day by day, to see little or no progress yet we gain insight into areas of our lives that we know need improvement. Because of this sometimes we are embarrassed or ashamed that we act selffishly, we do no better and we repeat the same mistakes over and over again. My suggestions do not come from an elevated sense of perfection -- FAR FROM IT!! However I am merely acknowledging the fact that the actions we take will make a big difference in the life of others and especially in our own life. So today I encourage all who may read this to expect the best to happen, not imagine the worst; adapt your behavior to suit each circumstance I will tread gently on my fragile emotions, for God has something for each of us to do, despite our limitations and life's uncertainties. Let us rise up and ask what He might want to do or someone to see through us

HI!
WISHING EVERYONE A HAPPY AND A PROSPOROUS NEW YEAR:

Life is filled with so many swift transitions; like a comic book hero we possess amazing power by the words we say; for life and death is in the power of the tongue. With words we can affect anothers life dramatically - in either a positive or a negative way. Let us make this year a blessed and a joyous year for all, we must think hard about the words we say before we say them. Non like the computer discs or video tapes, words cannot be erased once they have been spoken. We will make it a point to always speak positively....words of life, kindness, compassion and mercy. LET US USE WHAT INFLUENCE WE HAVE FOR GOOD!
